摘    要:对目前高校图书馆人才流失现象进行了分析,提出了避免人才流失的对策—人性化管理:营造以人为本的管理氛围;人力资源的合理配置;建立员工继续教育培训制度;建立员工参与图书馆民主管理的制度等。

Abstract:This paper analyzes the phenomenon of the current brain drain of university library,and puts forward a countermeasure for preventing the brain drain,the humanistic management,the contents of which are establishing the people-based management atmosphere,making rational allocation of human resources,setting up the continuous education and training system for workers,and building the system of workers'participating in democratic management of the library,etc.
