| 摘 要： | 本文试验了嗜热链球菌、保加利亚乳杆菌和嗜酸乳杆菌在８种不同培养基上的生长情况，结果表明：嗜热链球菌的最佳生长培养基为番茄汁培养基Ⅰ和牛乳琼脂培养基；保加利亚乳杆菌在Ｌｅｅ氏琼脂培养基上生长最好；嗜酸乳杆菌在Ｌｅｅ氏琼脂以及ＭＲＳ琼脂培养基上生长最佳．

| Abstract: | This paper is about the selection on the best medium to Streptococcus thermophilus ,Lactobacillus bulgaricus and L. acidophilus;The result shows that:S. thermophilus grow well on tomato juice medium Ⅰ and milk nutrient agar;Lee′s agar is a very good medium to L.bulgaricus;L. acidophilus grow very well on Lee′s agar and MRS agar medium. |
