| 摘 要： | 城市功能的合理正确定位对于一个城市的稳定、快速和可持续发展具有重要意义．从聊城市城市功能的历史沿革出发，通过对聊城市的空间环境和社会经济条件的分析，提出了目前和今后一段时间内聊城市所应培育的主要城市功能，并对城市功能的培育和可持续发展进行了分析．

| Abstract: | It is important for a city to identify its functional position.A scientific functional position is necessary for a city's sustainable development.The urban function of Liaocheng in the history is analyzed in this paper.Based on the analysis of spatial and social economic conditions,the main urban functions are identified and the cultivation of the functions is also analyzed. |
