| Abstract: | The network course of " Electronic Government And Information Technology" is one of the special fund projects provided by Heilongjiang Information Industry Bureau and is developed in the Computer Science Department of Harbin Normal University . Its main mission is to enhance the qualification and skills of the civil servants in Heilongjiang province . It is designed to be an e-Training site that offers training to civil servants in an online environment . At present , this project has already been finished basically . This paper mainly summarizes the design , development and technological innovation of the network course of " Electronic Government And Information Technology" . |
