| 摘 要： | 测定了四种人工养殖的微藻和天然海区浮游植物光合固定的颗粒有机碳(PO~(14)C)及藻细胞释放的溶解有机碳(DO~(14)C),得到浮游植物释放的DOC约占总光合固定碳的10％,实验发现:DOC％与藻细胞密度密切相关,光合作用速率的校正系数(a)与细胞密度(ρ)的指数关系为:a=3.03ρ~(-0.437s),由此可直接校正光合作用速率。
