纤维素/二氧化钛复合材料的光催化性研究

摘    要:通过控制尿素分解速率来改变体系pH的方法,将钛酸丁酯水解的胶体二氧化钛吸附到天然高分子纤维素上,得到纤维素/二氧化钛复合材料.分别以紫外光或太阳光为光源,研究纤维素/二氧化钛复合材料对甲基橙水溶液的催化降解性能.用傅里叶红外光谱仪表征了复合材料的结构.结果表明:二氧化钛与纤维素形成的氢键等分子间作用力使二氧化钛被吸附到纤维素上,复合材料出现787cm 1的O Ti O键的吸收峰.纤维素与钛酸丁酯的较佳比例为20g与4.3mL.在紫外光照射100min下,复合材料对甲基橙水溶液的光催化降解率为100%;在太阳光照射150 min,复合材料对甲基橙水溶液的光催化降解率为81%;复合材料可反复降解甲基橙水溶液5次.本实验合成的纤维素/二氧化钛复合材料具有可完全生物降解、能利用太阳光、反复催化降解甲基橙水溶液的特性,可应用于处理甲基橙等染料废水.

Abstract:The cellulose /titanium dioxide composite was prepared through colloid TiO2 depos-ited on the natural polymer cellulose by controlling the pH value of the system using urea decom-posed,while colloid TiO2 was synthesized by tetrabutyl titanate hydrolyzed.The photocatalytic de-gradation of the cellulose /titanium dioxide composite for methyl orange was investigated under UV light and sunlight,respectively.The structure of cellulose /titanium dioxide composite was char-acterized by fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The results showed that titanium dioxide was adsorbed on the cellulose by the inter-molecule hydrogen of them,and cellulose /titanium dioxide composite had 787 cm 1 peak belonging to the O-Ti-O band absorption.The optimum rate of the cellulose and the tetrabutyl titanate was 20 g and 4.3 mL.The photocatalytic degradation ratio of methyl orange solution was 100% under UV light for 100 min,and the photocatalytic degradation ratio of methyl orange solution was 81% under the sunlight for 150 min.The cellulose /titanium di-oxide composite could repeat degradation methyl orange for 5 times.The cellulose /titanium dioxide composite in this work had the properties of biocompatible,using sunlight and repeating degradation methyl orange,which might be applied in the field of the treatment of the methyl orange wastewater.
