构树雄花序一般营养成分的测定

摘    要:本文对构树雄花序的烘干温度进行了摸索,得出最佳烘干温度为50℃.分别对构树新鲜雄花序和干燥雄花序的一般营养成分进行了测定。结果显示,每100 g干燥构树雄花序中总糖含量为27.59 g,粗脂肪含量为8.60 g,粗蛋白质含量为39.63 g,总灰分含量为8.53 g.由此可见,构树雄花序是一种总糖含量适当,粗脂肪含量低,粗蛋白质和总灰分含量高,具有较高营养价值的花序。

Abstract:The best drying temperature of Male Inflorescence of Broussonetia papyrifera(L.) Vent.was researched,the best temperature for 50℃.And the general nutrient constituents of dry and fresh Male Inflorescence of Broussonetia papyrifera(L.) Vent were determined.The results show that every 100g of dry Male Inflorescence of Broussonetia papyrifera(L.) Vent,content for total sugar 27.59 g,crude fat 8.60 g,thick protein 39.63g,total ash 8.53 g.Thus,the Male Inflorescence of Broussonetia papyrifera(L.) Vent.is an inflorescence with total sugar content appropriate,crude fat content low,crude protein and total ash content high,high nutritional value.
