高校实验室资源共享机制的探索与研究

文章针对高校实验室资源的有限性,分析了高校实验室资源共享所存在的问题及国内外实验室的资源共享机制背景,并探讨了高校实验室共享资源实施对策,从实验室共享资源管理制度的建设及实验室的资源共享平台的建设入手,以共享为核心,集聚、整合科技条件资源,对高校科技条件资源进行战略重组和资源优化,以促进高校科技资源高效配置,实现实验室资源共享。

Study and exploration on resource sharing mechanism of laboratory

Based on the limit of laboratory resources,this paper analyzes the problems of sharing resources system existed in college＇s laboratory and the background of sharing mechanism of domestic and foreign laboratories and discusses the strategy of college＇s laboratory resource sharing.To give a strategic consideration on sharing system,the authors have established the sharing management system and the sharing platform of college＇s laboratory.Taking the share as the core,technology resources conditions are polymerized and integrated to carry out the strategic reorganization and resource optimization so as to enhance the share of lab resources and optimize the allocation of resources.
