袋式除尘器流动及噪音数值模拟

摘    要:为了分析袋式除尘器内部流场,采用多孔介质模型模拟布袋除尘区,气固两相流分析尘粒在除尘器内部的流动状况。结果表明,速度场进口速度较大,气流向前喷射后上升,进口上方的布袋发挥作用不大。对袋式除尘器噪音进行分析,结果表明袋式除尘器存在气流噪音,需要采取消音措施降噪。

Abstract:In order to analyze the interior flow field of bag type dust filter,the porous medium model is used to simulate cloth sack dust filter zone,and the gas-solid two phase flow model is used to analyze dust particle trajectory in the dust filter,the velocity field result indicated that the inlet velocity is big,the air flow sprays,and rises,cloth sack above the inlet is difficult to play a role.Noise of bag-type dust filter is analyzed too,the results indicated that air flow noise is existed in the bag-type dus...
