| 摘 要： | 对镍基纳米碳管薄膜冷阴极场致发射特性进行了多次反复的测量,发现了该材料在特定条件下会发生失效行为,并对此现象进行了初步的分析.

| Abstract: | Experimental measurement about the field emission characters of Carbon Nanotubes film cold cathode based on Nickel is nepeated several times.We make a conclusion that the invalid behavior would take place under particular condition,and an initial analysis to this phenomenon is done,too. |
