| 摘 要： | 随着建筑工程的快速发展,工程造价的管理逐步走向市场化,建筑工程的造价控制变得越来越重要。文章主要对我国目前建筑工程造价在投资决策、招投标和施工三个阶段存在的问题进行分析,为建筑工程造价的控制提出几点相应的策略。
