摘    要:系统可靠性分析是创造设计产品的必不可少的工作,常用的分析方法有效树分析(FTA)和失效模式影响及致命度分析(FMECA),由于影响矢效模式的因素具有不确定性和模糊性,很难在获取失效发生概率以前就有效预测失效模式,为此,本文在FMECA和模糊集理论及模糊综合评估方法的基础上,提出一种系统失效模式影响模糊分析(Failure Model Effect Fuzziness Analysis--FMEFA)的新方法,并以甘蔗压榨机系统的可靠性分析为例,讨论了系统的失效模式影响模糊分析(FMEFA)方法。

Abstract:System reliability analysis is absolutely necessary for creating new product.The analysis methods most in use have Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) and Failure Model Effect and Criticality Analysis (FMECA).Owing to the fact that factors of failure models and effects are undefined and fuzzy, it is very difficult to forecast failure models efficaciously before the probability of occurrence of failure models are not obtained. On the basis of the method of FMECA and the theory of fuzzy sets and the method of fuzzy composite evaluation, this paper advanced a new method of system reliability analysis i.e. Failure Model Effect Fuzziness Analysis (FMEFA), and discussed the method of FMEFA by the reliability analysis of the sugar cane crusher system for example.
