有机表面活性剂对水泥研磨的影响和作用

摘    要:助磨剂运用于水泥生产以来,有机表面活性剂就被选为助磨材料。这些有机物从化学性质上看,它们都具有较好的吸附性,较强的极性和良好的润滑性。这些特性会对水泥研磨过程和水化过程产生影响。根据实验得出有机表面活性剂对水泥研磨时的细度、粒度和强度都有不同程度的作用。经反复试验,确定了表面活性剂三乙醇胺、三异丙醇胺、一乙醇二异丙醇胺为优秀助磨材料,从影响粉体物理性能结果看,3种组合都可作为优秀助磨剂,3种组合都能增加物料的流动性,使总流动性指数上升1~3个百分点,提高粉磨产量16%~20%,可明显提高物料的细度,特别是可提高3~32μm颗粒的含量10%~18%,可提高粉磨产量20%,可提高3 d抗压强度15%,28 d抗压强度25%以上。添加量在0.03%左右为宜。优选顺序是:TH>JT>JH。

Abstract:Since the grinding aids used in cement production,organic surface-active agent was selected as the grinding aid material.The chemical properties of organic matter from the point of view,they all have good adsorption,strong polarity and excellent lubricity.These features will affect cement grinding process and the hydration effect.According to experiment results of organic surfactants on the fineness of cement grinding,particle size and strength have different degrees of effect.The experimental results show that:all of Triethanolamine,Triisopropanolamine and an ethanol diisopropanolamine could be excellent grinding aids.All of the three combinations can increase the flow of materials(total liquidity rose by 1%~3%,mill production increased by 16%~20%),and significantly improve the fineness of the material(3~32 μm particle content increased by 10%~18%),and increase 3 d compressive strength by 15%,28 d compressive strength by 25%.Add the amount of about 0.03% is appropriate.The preferred order is: TH>JT>JH.
