太阳集能少反射铝箔的制备及其性能

摘    要:用连续铸轧法制备了3003Al、1050Al合金箔,研究了合金元素含量及冷变形总加工率对太阳集能少反射铝箔的力学性能及比电容的影响.研究结果表明:增加合金元素含量造成变形抗力提高、抗弯次数降低,给冷轧及腐蚀带来不利影响,保持冷变形程度大于97%可有效增加腐蚀后铝箔的比表面积,提高铝箔质量.

Abstract:3003Al and 1050Al foil were prepared by twin-roll casting process,the effects on mechanical properties and specific capacitance of the alloying elements and the total processing rate of cold-word have been studied.The results show that increasing the alloying element was harmful to cold rolling and corrosion due to the raising of the strength and the falling of the bending resistance,and the specific surface area of 1050Al foil increased remarkably while this foil was prepared under a cold deformation rate about 97%.
