摘    要:教练员开发短跑运动员的潜力是一个重要的课题.在短跑的途中跑训练中,用系统控制的方法,将训练分成步频系统、步长系统、力量系统、耐力系统、弹跳力系统五个子系统和一个大系统.用系统控制的方法来调节训练的强度,既有丰富多彩的训练形式、循序渐进的训练要求,又可避免运动损伤,让学生在子系统内完成对各项指标的能力储备,从接受训练的学生效果反馈来看,能有效提高短跑成绩,故希望将自己的训练体会与广大同行共勉.

Abstract: The potentiality that the coach develops the dash runner is an important subject. Based on the method of system control while training in running of dash, the training can be divided into five subsystems, such as strength system, endurance system ,spring system, stride freguency system, stride length system, and a big system.Regulating runners' intensity with the method of system control, not only has varied training fomrs and progressive training requairs, but also can protect the runners from sports injury. Let students finish the ability store of every target in the system. According to feedback, it could improve the achievement of dash effectively. So I hope many associates can share with my training experience.
