富氧对铜熔炼中伴生元素行为和能耗的影响

摘    要:借助于已开发的铜冶炼过程的计算机模型,模拟研究了富氧浓度对伴生元素Ni,Co,Sn,Pb,Zn,As,Sb和Bi在铜冶炼体系中的分配行为和炉子能耗的影响。模拟结果与贵溪冶炼厂和霍恩冶炼厂的实际生产数据进行了比较,模拟值与实测值吻合得很好。研究表明:在铜冶炼中使用富氧,有利于节能,却对挥发性的伴生元素Sn,Pb,Zn,As,Sb和Bi等在气相中的挥发脱除十分不利。

Abstract:By a mathematical model of distribution behaviors of accessory elements in copper smelting process, the effects of oxygen enrichment on distribution behaviors of Ni, Co, Sn, Pb, Zn, As, Sb, Bi, Au, Ag and on saving energy were studied. The predictions by the present computer model were compared with the known commerical data from Guixi Smelter in China and Horne Smelter in Canada. The agreeement between the computer predictions and the commerical data is excellent. Study shows that the use of oxygen causes difficulty in eliminating accessory elements but it has a great advantage of saving energy. The distributions of Ni and Co in matte and slag do not change too much with increasing oxygen content.
