中国友好城市的时空间演变分析

随着全球化进程的推进,世界发展更趋国际合作与交流,由此衍生出世界网络和全球性的流动空间.国际友好城市(International Friendship City)作为次国家政府(Sub-national Governments),成为国际交往的主要形式之一,打破了以国家为单元的外交限制,促成了细化的地方性经济、文化交流.也因此,国际友好城市以其独特的"双城市"身份融入世界城市网络当中,构建出一个在全球进行经验交流的新平台.从世界城市和城市网络的研究角度,选取友好城市为研究对象具有典型性和特殊性.故本文以是否建立国际友好城市关系为标准,选取中国的247座城市,划分1973年—1992年、1993年—2004年和2005年—2011年三个阶段,预分析各个阶段影响友好城市建立的可能因素.

The Time-Space Evolution Analysis of Friendship City in China

With the pace of globalization, the development of the world to become more international cooperation and exchanges,therefore, world network and global space of flows derived. International Friendship City, as Sub- national Governments, is one of the main forms of international exchanges, which broke the diplomatic restrictions and the country as a unit, and contributed to the refinement of local economic and cultural exchanges. As a result, international friendship city with its unique ＇ dual city＇ identity has integrated into the world city network and it has built a new platform for an exchange of experience in the world. From the perspective of the world cities and urban networks, the author selected friendship city as the object of study, which is typical and specific. In this paper, with the standard of whether to establish an international sister city relationship, the author has selected 247 cities as the object of study, and has divided it into three stages, which are 1973 - 1992, 1993 - 2004, 2005 - 2011. after that, the characteristics of its spatial distribution and pre-analyzed the factors that may affect establishment of the friendship city in various stages have been discussed.
