| 摘 要： | 随着学院办学规模的扩大,素质教育的全面实施,学院学生工作面临的形势更加复杂,任务更加繁重,工作更加艰巨,思想政治工作面临着更大的机遇和挑战,加强政治辅导员队伍建设因此更具重要性和紧迫性。该文针对高校辅导员队伍建设的现状,提出了加强辅导员队伍建设的思路和构建辅导员队伍建设长效机制的具体方法。
