黑龙江桔梗科导管分子的比較解剖学

摘    要:本文对黑龙江桔梗科6属12种植物营养器官的导管分子进行初步分析,结果发现所有植物根中的导管分子都是单穿孔板类型,但茎中不仅有单穿孔板类型,而且还普遍具有梯状穿孔板类型和过渡类型。但是,由于类群的不同,梯状穿孔板频率及其横隔数也不同,桔梗茎中梯状穿孔板类型出现的频率高且横隔多。而沙参属中梯状穿孔板类型出现的频率极低且横隔数少。

Abstract:This paper deals mainly with comparative anatomic study on the vessel elements of the vegetative organs of the Campanulaceae. It is interesting to discover that root vessels have simple perforation plates in the Companulaceae, and stein vessels have not only simple perforation plates, but scalariform perforation plates and transitional perforation plates. With different taxa, rate of scalariform perforation plate and numbers of its bar are variable.
