| 摘 要： | 本文在考虑电子与局域体纵光学模声子相互作用的情况下 ,运用有效质量近似和变分方法 ,推出了量子盒中电子自能随量子盒大小的变化关系 ,并对 Ga As量子盒作了具体的数计算。计算表明 ,声子的局域效应随量子盒的形状 ,大小而变化 ,此结果对超晶格量子盒的研究提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | Considering the interaction at an electron with the confined LO phonons,the writer calculate the ground state self energy at a polaron in a approxmation and the variational method.and calculate results for GaAs.it is show that the effects at the phonon confinement has changed with shape and site of quantum box. |
