摘    要:为了开发车用催化剂评价系统,减轻对国外成套测试系统的依赖,基于DSP56F807数字信号处理器,构建了集USGR和HORIBA于一体的系统硬件平台.采用C语言和LabVIEW语言编写了数据采集程序和LabVIEW与DSP接口程序,采用TCP/IP协议实现了HORIBA浓度数据的上位机采集.该系统具有对USGR温度数据与HORIBA浓度数据进行联合采集、保存和图形显示的功能.实验结果证明,该系统运行可靠,已投入实际应用.

Abstract:To develop automotive catalyst evaluation system and reduce dependency on whole test system abroad,a hardware platform of automotive catalyst evaluation system,which combined USRG with HORIBA,was set up based on DSP56F807.Data collection program and interface program of LabVIEW and DSP were written by C language and LabVIEW language.Host computer data collection of HORIBA consistency was realized by TCP/IP protocol.The system realized the collection,conservation and figure display of USGR temperature and HORIBA consistency data.Experimental results prove the system to be reliable and feasible in practical application.
