正义与社会整合的力量——哈贝马斯思想中的“和谐”因素

哈贝马斯认为，整个社会的有机统一，应该借助团结媒介，按照严格的话语原则，建设生活世界这种合理的生活模式，抵制金钱、权力僭越各自掌控的经济、行政领域两大子系统所带来的“殖民化”。团结与正义同源共生，要趋向美好的精神家园，关键在于如何让全社会实现正义。在他看来，正义统领道德、法律、政治三大领域，是对社会整合力量之间平衡状态的重要性的说明，也是保持这种平衡的一种意识和标准。其中，道德正义处于最高位置却又离不开法律正义和政治正义这两种形式的补充。哈贝马斯著作中对正义与社会整合力量的论述，在当前我国构建和谐社会的背景下，具有相当的参考价值。
