| 摘 要： | 结合上海利用外商直接投资的基本状况，应用定量分析对外商直接投资与上海经济增长的相关性进行论证；并使用一个总投资模型，利用上海外商直接投资的长期挤入挤出效应系数深入分析外商直接投资对上海地区投资的挤入挤出效应。

| Abstract: | On the basis of Shanghai foreign direct investment,this thesis analyses the relevance between foreign direct investment and economic development in Shanghai by quantitative analysis method.And then,it deeply analyses the crowd-in or crowd-out effect of foreign direct investment on general investment in Shanghai by a type of investment model and the long-run crowd-in or crowd-out effect coefficiency of Shanghai foreign direct investment. |
