汽轮机监测保护装置测试系统的设计与实现

摘    要:针对目前汽轮机监测保护装置(Turbine Supervisory Instrumentation,TSI)的校验设备缺乏现场校验的手段和只能检测单一厂家TSI卡件的局限性,在深入分析TSI装置测试信号需求的基础上,基于汽轮机轴系预测维修装置,设计一种可视化的、可对多个厂家的TSI卡件实现测试的系统,该系统只需较短的时间就可方便地对TSI装置的各种卡件进行现场的通道系统测试,保障了TSI装置的可靠运行.

Abstract:As current verifying device of turbine supervisory instrumentation(TSI) lacks of means of checking in site and can only detect TSI card of simple manufacturers in a specifically range,on the basis of in-depth analysis of the testing signal demand of TSI device and predictive maintenance device of turbine generator,a kind of test system that is visual and can be applied for multiple manufacturers is designed.This system only needs a little time to implement the channel system testing of various cards of TSI ...
