| Abstract: | In this paper. we will take three steps to analyze the whole economic system in Qinschuan county. First. we will analyze the industrial structure with control theory. then.study how great the economic policy will affect on system itself. At last. we will research into how we can make many kinds of production targets most close to the expectation value while the ecological balance is kept. labours are properly diverted and exploited and the beneficial results of investment are improved and how we can reach the targets in the shortest times. |
