摘    要:介绍高韧性管线钢技术开发中的轧制工艺及数学模型。在综合测定的基础上,对轧制工艺及力能参数进行了全面的分析;采用热加工模拟机,对轧制规程和控冷制度进行了试验研究,对热轧工艺提出改进;在研制材料变形抗力模型时,考虑了残余应变的影响;利用生产数据,建立起轧制压力模型和能耗模型

Abstract:Measurement and study of rolling process,force and power parameters are taken,and the rolling process and mathematical models of high toughness pipeline steel are developed in the paper.A THERMECMASTOR Z simulator is used to carry out the test of controlled rolling and cooling technical procedure,to improve the rolling schedule of the steel.Production data are used to develop rolling power consumption and force mathematical models,and the phenomenen of residual strain are thought,in establishing high temperature deformation resistance model of pipeline steel.
