摘    要:芽孢耐热机制一直是一个非常重要的有待深入研究的基础理论问题.有关芽孢的强耐热原理已有许多讨论.从生物化学的角度探讨了芽孢生命活性物质热稳定性的产生机理.

Abstract:The heat-proof mechanism of spore is the basal theories problem, which has been most important and necessary to deep into research all the time. There are the numerous discussions about the violent heat-proof principle of the concerned spore, this discourse will try to study producing mechanism of hot-stability of live-material of life of spore on numerator level.
