张集矿北区地层冻结温度场的实测与分析

摘    要:为了解人工冻结过程中冻结壁温度场的发展规律,现场实测了淮南矿业集团公司张集矿北区地层风井的温度变化,详细分析了不同地层冻结壁温度场的发展特性,和冻结壁内部外圈冻结管以外、内圈冻结管以内和两圈冻结管之间冻土区的发展规律,得出冻结壁发展速度等关键技术参数。对冻结凿井的设计和施工有着重要的指导意义。

Abstract:For obtaining the temperature field developing law in frozen wall, the authors survey the stratum's temperature changes in Northern Region of Zhang-Ji Mine of Huainan Mining Company in the field. The temperature field's growing characteristics in a frozen wall of different stratum and frozen soil's growing law in the area outside outer-row frozen pipes, inside of the inner-row frozen pipes and between the two rows of frozen pipes are analysed in details. The key technique parameter of growing speed of freezing wall is brought forward. The paper is great instructive for designing frozen wall and freezing way.
