摘    要:对上游有调蓄水库的流域提出了一个计算流域可供水量的优化模型,该模型以用水保证程度最高为优化目标,约束条件包括水量平衡,水库上下限约束,航运和发电约束,模型采用动态规划法求解.应用该模型计算了广东省西枝江流域长系列的可供水量,结果表明,优化模型和模拟模型相比,在来水较枯且用水不能保证的年份,可使流域在枯水期的供水得到均匀破坏,可保证重要用水部门的供水需要.

Abstract:An optimization model is presented for calculating basin water supply based on reservoir regulation. The objective function of this model is to maximize the water supply guaranteed rate with several constraints such as water balance, reservoir storage limitation, navigation and power generation constraints. The Dynamic Programming is employed to find the model solutions. The Xizhijiang Basin is used as a study case, and the results are derived by using the model presented in this paper. It has been found from the results that for the years without enough water supply, the water supply scheme derived from the optimization model is more rational than that derived from the simulation model.
