摘    要:新时期听障人高等美术特殊教育发展的模式和培养方向应遵循高等特殊教育的教育原则及教学规律,坚持知识、能力、素质协调发展和综合提高的原则;进行课程设置的整合、重组;进行各专业教学内容的精练、更新、集成;进行教学手段、教学方法的改革,构建出新的课程体系与培养方案。
