脉动高梯度磁选分选性能研究

摘    要:为了发展脉动高梯度磁选技术,已制造一种实验室型脉动高梯度磁选机(PHGMS)。对其分选性能进行了试验。试验表明,脉动高梯度磁选能显著提高磁性产品品位和避免介质堵塞。本研究测定了脉动高梯度磁选中的脉动流体特性曲线,建立了估算脉动高梯度磁选磁性产品品位的公式。

Abstract:In order to develop the pulsating high gradient magnetic separation technology, a type of labo-ratory pulsating high gradient magnetic separator (PHGMS) has been manufactured. Experiments ofits separating performance were carried out. They show that PHGMS can significantly increase thegrade of magnetic product and avoid the matrix block. The characteristic curve of the pulsatingfluid was measured and a formula for estimating the grade of the magnetic product of PHGMS wasestablished.
