摘    要:基于逆向工程的思想,在Matlab中由计算机生成包含粗粗度和波纹度的随机粗糙表面,编制了数据转换程序,在Pro/E中拟和重构出粗糙表面,进而,在ANSYS中应用子结构法进行有限元分析,实现了由计算机生成随机粗糙表面到粗糙表面间接触的有限元分析,得到了粗糙表面的应力分布,应用该方法可有效的为表面设计和机械失效的痕迹分析提供参考依据。

Abstract:Based on the idea of reverse engineering, random numerical rough surface with roughness and waviness was generated with Matlab. The data transfer module was programmed. The rough surface was reconstructed in Pro/E. The solid was transferred to ANSYS and computed with substructure method. Thus, the process was realized from random rough surface generation with computer to FEA between two rough surfaces. The stress distribution of the rough surface was obtained. The basis is supported for the surface design and mechanical failure trace analysis with the method.
