摘    要:针对机械加工中不透明冷却液的存在妨碍了在线非接触测量这一难题,提出一种利用喷射的水柱来排开冷却液,并在被测物体表面一个小局部形成一稳定的透明测量窗口,使非接触光学测量得以在磨床上进行的技术.论述了这种技术的主要原理,介绍了实验装置,给出了初步实验结果.

Abstract:During machining, it is difficult to carry out non-contact on-line measurement when there is coolant about. A new method is developed that uses water jetting toward the measurand to push away the coolant on the surface for a workpiece while the water jet itself becomes a channel for optic measurement. The basic idea of the method, the basic construction and the working principle of the jet measuring head are described. Technical details including the method of pushing away the coolant when the moving speed of the workpiece is high, the countermeasures for the effect of the variation of water pressure on the measuring accuracy, the selection of optic measuring method, the countermeasures for the problem with mixed coolant and water are discussed. The results of preliminary experiments performed on a plane mill are given. It is shwon that the measuring system can work normally when the speed of the workpiece is as high as about 0. 2 m/s. The results of measurement agree fairly well with the surface profile of the sample measurand.
