| 摘 要： | 用DNA walk方式将水稻蛋白OsPCBP的DNA序列映射为相应的数字信号,并利用小波变换提取其Hurst指数.结果分析表明,在OsPCBP的DNA序列中存在长程相关性.

| Abstract: | The wavelet transform was carried out on the discrete sequence obtained by mapping the DNA sequence of the rice protein OsPCBP using DNA walk. The results show that there exists the long-range correlation in the DNA sequence of the rice protein OsPCBP. |
