| 摘 要： | 通过切削性能对比试验证实，研制的稀土硬质合金刀片ＹＴ８ＲＥ及ＹＧ６ＲＥ的切削性能，分别比普通硬质合金刀片ＹＴ１５及ＹＧ６优越。以ＹＴ８ＲＥ及ＹＴ１５刀具切削４５钢时，前者与者相比，切屑变形系数降低８％，切削力约下降７．５％，刀具耐用度提高２０％以上。以ＹＧ６ＲＥ及ＹＧ６刀具加工冷硬铸铁时，前者比后者切削力降低约６％，刀具耐用度平均提高４８％以上。

| Abstract: | Comparative tests were conducted for the cutting properties of rare-earth carbide cutters YT8RE and YG6RE,and the results showed that they are superior to the commonly-used carbides YT15 and YG6. When comparing YT8RE with YT15 in cutting the steel ti 45,the former will reduce its chip deformation coefficient by 8% and the cutting force by 7. 5% with duration over 20% longer than the latter. When comparing YG6RE with YG6 in cutting cold/hand cast iron,the former will reduce its cutting force by about 6K with duration about 48% longer. |
