| 摘 要： | 锚蛋白能介导蛋白与蛋白之间的相互作用,在细胞的生命进程中起重要的作用.对拟南芥锚蛋白基因家族成员ANK20基因的表达模式及亚细胞定位进行了研究.半定量RT-PCR结果显示,ANK20基因主要在根、叶和花组织中表达.启动子活性分析显示,GUS主要在根、叶和花中显色,与半定量PCR的结果一致.GUS结果还显示,ANK20主要在较老的根、叶缘和花茎中表达.亚细胞定位的结果表明,ANK20主要在细胞核中表达.该研究为揭示ANK20基因的功能提供了有价值的线索.

| Abstract: | The ankyrin proteins contain ankyrin repeat motifs, which are found to be involved in many biological processes by mediating protein-protein interactions. One of the ankyrin family members, ANK20, is found expressing mainly in root, leaf and flower tissues by promoter activity analysis, which is consistent with the result achieved by RT-PCR.
