摘    要:本文研究了单端面机械密封装置的端面摩擦扭矩测量方法。对主轴承摩擦扭矩、旋转体在介质中的搅拌扭矩和端面摩擦扭矩进行了测试。在测试中考察了由于介质压力的变化引起轴向力的改变,致使主轴承摩擦扭矩改变的情况,以及介质的粘度变化引起搅拌扭矩的变化及其对端面摩擦扭矩的影响。采用两种方法测定的端面摩擦扭矩计算其摩擦系数,给出了计算实例。两种计算结果有对比性,较为稳定,精确度高,故该方法可用于评价机械密封的摩擦性能。

Abstract:This paper presents the techniques for measuring the torque of frictional end face and friction coefficient of single-face seal units. The friction torque of main bearing the stirring torque of the rotating parts and the friction torque of the end face were measured. The variation of friction torque of the main bearing resulted from the change and the variation of the stirring torque and the friction end-face torque caused by the damping effect of the change of fluid viscosity were studied. The friction coefficients were calcu lated on the basis of the measurement of the end-face friction torque by two different methods. The calculation gives comparable results, which are stable and accurate. The techniques may be used to evaluate the friction performance of mechanical seals.
