超精加工对零件耐磨性影响的试验

摘    要:本文所述工作,主要是试验和研究超精加工对零件耐磨性的影响和超精加工诸因素对零件耐磨性的影响。通过试件的滑动磨损试验,证实经超精加工后的试件,其磨损量比磨削表面小。零件的表面光洁度、磨削用量(径向进给量f_r)、超精加工工艺参数(n_w/f的比值)及零件的圆度等对零件的耐磨性有着不同程度的影响。本文将对上述诸因素作比较试验和分析,以便摸索其客观规律。

Abstract:Of all the effects of superfinishing, the one on the wear resistance of processed part is picked out as the center of attention in this paper. Through sliding friction tests, it is proved that superfinishing causes less wear-out than grinding. The roughness of the ground piece, the radial feed of grinding fr, the superfinishing parameters(ratio of n_w/f) and its circularity have different effects on the wear resistance of the parts, A control test and an analysis are made of the abcve-mentioned factors in order to find out their respective effects on the wear resistance of parts.
