| 摘 要： | 图书馆是传统文献保障中心，Internet及万维网实现了全球性资源共享，数字图书馆是被看好的最佳文献保障模式。建设西安数字图书馆具有现实意义及充分的可行性，应以“拿来主义”为主导思想，在硬件平台、应用软件、资源建设等方面实现跨越式发展，建成中国数字图书馆的地区性中心。

| Abstract: | Library is a traditional document supply center, internet and www have realized worldwide resource sharing. Digital library is considered to be the best way for document supply. It is of great significance and feasibility to build up a digital library in Xi'an. Great development should be realized in hardware support, applied software and resource construction to build up a regional digital library center in China. |
