| 摘 要： | 我国高校实行党委领导下的校长负责制，体现了党对高校的领导和校长法人地位的有机结合。从本质和实践上看，高校党委领导和校长负责是高度一致的，二者必须密切配合，共同履行对高校的责任，才能形成坚强有力的领导集体，带领高校不断向前发展。

| Abstract: | Our Chinese universities put into effect the system of presidents` job responsibilities which reflects the organic combination between the Party Committee lead and presidents' position of legal persons. Intrinsically and practically,the Party Committee lead is highly consistent with presidents' job responsibilities. Both must cooperate closely to perform their common responsibilities for their universities so that a strong and firm leading group could come into being to lead their universities on the way to bright future. |
