摘    要:介绍单脉冲电子枪法测量氧化镁的二次电子发射系数的测量系统和测量原理,用该测量系统测量出了原电子能量EP高达几十keV时的氧化镁的二次电子发射系数,对测量结果进行了讨论并得出结论:所测量的氧化镁的最大二次电子发射系数在以前的科技工作者所测的氧化镁的最大二次电子发射系数的范围内,表明用磁控溅射法制备的氧化镁的二次电子发射系数较低.

Abstract:At first, this paper introduced the measuring systems and principle of secondary electron emission coefficient of MgO by the method of single - pulse electron gun, we measured the secondary electron emission coefficient of MgO when primary electron energy is up to tens of thousands electron - volts. The measuring results were discussed in this paper and the conclusion was made that the maximum secondary electron emission coefficient of MgO which we measured is in the range of maximum secondary electron emission coefficient of MgO which former scientists measured and the secondary electron emission coefficient of MgO which we produced is lower.
