| Abstract: | This paper discusses the development of a customer relationship management system using the Visual C＋＋ visible development tool and SQL-Server 2000 as Data-base. Based on the MFC Windows programming and ADO Data-base access, a customer relationship management system is developed for Guangzhou Guobao Technology Ltd. The system can facilitate the service management of the company and provides reliable data for the company to develop a market strategy. |
