| 摘 要： | 东北亚是目前世界上安全困境体现最为明显的地区之一,具体表现为:朝鲜与美、韩、日之间的对峙,中、日两大国间的相互猜忌和提防,美国对中、俄的防范等方面。其成因可归结为历史恩怨、现实竞争、机制缺乏、地缘独特、外部干扰等方面。化解安全困境,铸剑为犁,是东北亚地区开展实质性合作的必要前提。

| Abstract: | Northeast Asia is one of the most obvious regions of security dilemma in the world,which incarnates confrontations between DPRK and U.S.,Japan and ROK,the mutual jealousy between China and Japan,U.S.keep a lookout China and Russia,and so on.The causes producing security include historical animosity,current rival,mechanism lacking,the special geography,exterior interference factor,etc.Resolving security dilemma is the necessary precondition to substantial cooperation. |
