| Abstract: | The sequence coding mature peptide of CrusFc-2 was cloned from Chinese shrimp Fenneropenaeus chinensis,and a prokaryotic expression vector pET-DsbA-CrusFc-2 was constructed by PCR and recombinant DNA techniques.Fused protein was induced by IPTG in transformed E.coli BL21(DE3).The New Zealand white rabbits were immunized with the purified recombinant protein DsbA-CrusFc-2 to prepare antiserum.The results of western blot indicated that CrusFc-2 mainly existed in hemocyte of shrimp. |
