| Abstract: | This paper analyzes on the causes of the intervention of the anti-monopolization policies and laws in the information industry, points out the trends of our country's legislation against the monopoly behaviors of the information industry in the future, and advances some suggestions on cultivating the legal competition consciousness of in the information industry department of Shanxi Province. |
