| 摘 要： | 在层级代理模型中，存在着监督人与代理人共谋问题，监督人和代理人为了自己利益达成的默契，从而导致委托人的利益受损。本文通过设定一些有效参数，建立激励约束模型，研究发生共谋的决定因素，寻找解决防范共谋的办法，以维护委托人的利益。

| Abstract: | In a model of Hierarchical Agency, collusion exists between supervisor and agent, and they are for their own benefit achieve ments tacit understanding, thus it causes principal benefit to suffer injury. This article, by establishing some effective parameters, establishes incentive restraint model, and the research has the determining factor which collusion, seeking means of solving the collusion proofness, maintains principal benefit. |
