| 摘 要： | 用反相高效液相色谱法测定板蓝根浸膏中靛蓝、靛玉红的含量.采用Lu-Na C18色谱柱(5 μm , 250 mm×4.6 mm),流动相为甲醇+水(70+30),用磷酸调节pH = 4.0;流速1.0 mL/min,检测波长285 nm.靛蓝、靛玉红的平均回收率(n=9)分别为99.56 %和98.82 %,RSD(n=5)为0.46 %和0.45 %.本研究建立了一种快速、准确、灵敏的HPLC测定板蓝根浸膏中靛蓝、靛玉红含量的方法.

| Abstract: | The RP-HPLC was employed to study on the determination of indigo and indirubin in Banlangen Jingao.Lu-Na C-(18) column(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm) was used as the separation column,with CH-3OH+H-2O(70+30,pH=4.0) as the mobile phase, and the detection wavelength was 285 nm.The average recoveries and RSD%(n=5) for indigo and indirubin were 99.56%(0.46) and 98.82%(0.45) respectively.A rapid,accurate RP-HPLC method for the determination of indigo and indirubin in Banlangen Jingao was established. |
