饲料干物质和脂肪在瘤胃中降解规律的研究

摘    要:用尼龙袋技术测定了常用精料豆粕、葵籽饼、棉籽饼、鱼粉、羽毛粉和肉骨粉的干物质和脂肪在瘤胃中的降解率。结果表明,48h的大豆粕干物质降解率最高,达85.27%,其次是棉籽粕、葵籽饼、鱼粉、羽毛粉和肉骨粉,分别为64.77%、61.32%、51.97%、51.78%、45.38%。48h的棉籽粕脂肪降解率最高,达90.16%,其次为大豆粕、羽毛粉、鱼粉、葵饼和肉骨粉,分别为84.62%、81.78%、79.66%、78.02%和51.82%。

A Study on the Degradation of Dry Matter and Fat of Feeds in the Rumen of Sheep
Abstract:The degradabilities of matter and fat of commonly used feeds such as soybean meal,sunflower meal(exp.)cottonseed meal,fish meal,feather meal,meat and bone meal were determined with nylon bag technique.Results show that at 48 of incubation,the dry matter degradability of soybean meal is 85.27%,which is the highest in all feeds.The dry matter degrdability of cottonseed meal,sunflower meal(exp.),fish meal,feather meal,meat and bone meal are 64.77%,61.32%,51.97%,51.78% and 45.38%,respectively.The fat degradability of cottonseed meal,soybean meal,feather meal,fish meal,sunflower meal(exp.),meat and bone meal are 90.16%,84.62%,81.78%,79.66%,78.02% and 51.82%,respectively.
