基于GERT模型的船舶搭载工期仿真分析

针对不确定性项目周期的估计问题,在简要介绍图示评审技GERT的基础上,研究了GERT的项目分析及建模方法。最后,通过一个船舶搭载实例,利用VISUAL SLAM建模语言与Awesim仿真软件对其进行仿真求解,获得项目周期的概率分布和各种统计特征值。为项目资源的合理安排及项目工期的保证与缩短创造条件。较好地说明了该方法的可行性及优越性。

Simulation Analysis of a ship carrying period based on the GERT model
