摘    要:闸墩中心的混凝土在施工后期,由于温度降低而产生收缩,当其受到底板的强约束时就会产生较大的拉应力,容易形成"由里及表"型裂缝.采用吊空模板技术,相当于减小了约束体的体积,降低了约束体的刚度,从而降低了底板对闸墩的约束,大大改善了闸墩混凝土的应力状态.介绍了某水闸工程的温控防裂仿真计算,证实了吊空模板技术能有效防止施工后期闸墩内部裂缝的产生,为同类型的施工分析起到一定的参考作用.

Abstract:The from inside to outside cracking is easily formed in the sluice pier when its temperature drop;shrinkage was constrained by the sluice floor during later construction.Using suspension formwork technique is equivalent to decrease the volume and stiffness of the constraint body,which could effectively improve the stress state in the sluice pier concrete due to the decrease of constraint by sluice floor.Thus,it can effectively prevent cracking in later stage.
